The home care aides hired by this agency have been helpful, friendly, and reliable. Both Mom and I are very happy with the service provided and I have recommended this agency to friends with elderly parents. Normally, the home care workers come in Monday through Friday, but they have been available to work extra hours during the week, and on the weekends when necessary.
The current caregiver has been doing excellent work with my mother. She and Mom have established a good rapport and Mom enjoys her company. I have full confidence in her competence and commitment to caring for Mom.
While there have been some minor issues, caused by last-minute problems, such as a car breakdown or illness, the staff at A Homecare Service has been active and energetic in resolving the problems. My mother and I appreciate the hard work of the office staff to ensure that the field staffing commitments are met.
